Tupperware Quick Chef

The quick and easy alternative to electric food processors. Blade chops fruits, veggies and nuts. Paddle whisk blends a wide variety of foods fast. Use funnel attachment to add oil or liquids as needed. Non-skid base prevents sliding. Standard and Metric Measurements. Product comes with a usage guide & recipe booklet.

Great for every day home use. I also find that those who go RV'ing & Camping love this product!

Spicy Tuna Salad

2 (6 oz.) cans tuna, packed in water, drained
2 c. cooked elbow macaroni (1 c. uncooked)
8 T. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, quartered
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 T. Tupperware Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend

With the Tupperware Quick Chef, chop onion and celery together. Using the Saucy Silicone Spatula, combine drained tuna, cooked macaroni, mayonnaise, celery & onion mixture and Chipotle Seasoning Blend. Stir all ingredients until well mixed. Chill until time to serve.

Serving Idea: Quarter a large tomato. Do not cut through the base. On a dinner plate, place the tomato on a leaf of lettuce and scoop tuna salad into open tomato and serve.

Freezer Slaw

1 med. head of cabbage
3 stems of celery
1/2 sweet pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed

Slice cabbage thin, shred celery and pepper using the Quick Chef or a food processor. Add to cabbage (I also shred my cabbage). Salt and cover the bowl and let it sit for 1 hour. Drain. Mix together vinegar, water, sugar, celery seed and mustard seed in a saucepan. Boil for 1 minute. Cool and then pour over shredded cabbage mixture. Pour into airtight containers and freeze. They keep for up to 1 year.
