Update: TupperLiving™ Products Delivery

The TupperLiving™ products shipment recently cleared customs and with a few exceptions, we expect to deliver the U.S. sample orders by March 17.

Also with a few exceptions, the Canadian sample orders should arrive during the week of March 17.

Please be aware that sample orders for the escense™ Fragrant Reed Diffuser, the escense™ Fragrant Room Spray and both sizes of the escense™ Antibacterial Gel will be mailed separately from any other order. (In the future, orders for the Room Spray and the Gel will be shipped separately.)
Escense™ Antibacterial Gel and Room Spray Temporarily Not Available
In Certain Locations

At this time we are unable to deliver 2 of the new TupperLiving™ products to some locations outside of the continental U.S. and some remote Canadian locations. The affected products are the Room Spray and both sizes of the Antibacterial Gel. No other products in the TupperLiving™ Catalog are affected.

There are special shipping and handling requirements for these types of products. We are working to resolve the customs and shipping issues, and will provide updates when a solution is approved.

Effective immediately, please do not place samples or customer orders with delivery addresses in one of the geographic locations listed below.
U.S.:
• Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Guam (GU), Puerto Rico (PR), APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes.

Affected Samples Orders, Award Qualifiers
If you placed a sample order for these items through Friday, March 7, and you live in areas listed above, you’ll receive a substitution for those products. Contact Customer

Care with any questions about your substitution.
If you qualified for the free TupperLiving™ products in the 2-week personal sales challenge (February 16–29) and live in the affected areas, we are working on alternatives for your award. We’ll provide you an update as soon as possible.
