I just finished the Usborne reading program at the small private school my daughter goes to- and they are going to do a write- up with pictures in the paper
14 students brought in 1110.00- so 1/2 went to the kids in the form of new books- and the other 1/2 went to the library and classrooms in the form of new books. The kids will be excited- because they will get their picture in the paper- and my daughter read the most minutes- so she gets a medal (which at 6 years old...is a HUGE deal to her, lol)
So- just wanted to share my excitement today!
