Happy Mother's Day to everyone here!

We are off to my MIL's house for lunch. We're having pizza. Laughing Which I would be all over except I've found out in the last few months that dairy and I do not mix. Sad So I'm going to need to eat something before I go.

Low-key day around here. Hubby got no sleep last night at the station so when we get back I'm sure he will sleep and then I will work online. Which is how I'd love to spend the day because my newly remodeled and newly reconfigured website is just about ready to launch!!!

How did you spend your day?

Happy Mother's Day to you, too, Val!

A low-key day here, too. We missed church this morning, (I actually overslept... lol) but I would have missed the phone calls from my sons if we had gone, so I'm o.k. with that.

Emily drew me a beautiful picture, Doug made breakfast and he's making dinner from a recipe he got in the new Disney cookbook we bought him for his birthday.

The weather here is horrible... cloudy, rainy, windy and cold, so I've declared it my official "pajama day"

Mother's Day is low key here - usually is though. Bob worked last night, but came home and made breakfast (I think my first ever breakfast in bed). He's sleeping right now - don't know that there's anything else planned.

We've got Patty's weather here too - so quiet Mother's Day with the kids. That's all fine with me.

Hope you all had a good Mother's Day too!

I had a pretty good Mother's Day weekend....

We went to my inlaws Friday night, after dropping Jillian off at Girl Scout camp for the weekend.... Becca had to work Friday night, so she stayed home and didn't go with us either.... It was sooo weird being at my inlaws without the girls! That is the very first time we've gone up there for a weekend without either girl!

We worked in their yard all day Saturday with dh's brother, wife and son, pruning flowers, pulling weeds, moving plants, etc. It was really a nice day. Frank's mom is doing really well right now, much better than she was a few months ago. She has the beginning stages of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. However, she had a problem with her meds around Christmas time and she was in pretty bad shape.... now she's back to where she was last year, which is good!

We all went out to dinner Saturday night and ate wayyyy too much! There was a delicious buffet at a Dutch restaurant.

Sunday, went to church, then went back out to eat with Mom and Dad for lunch, then headed home early afternoon.

Unfortunately, the wind was terrible at our house, and the girls lost the electricity at the house right after lunch... so they were totally lost with no computer, no tv, no lights, no nothing! Laughing

We all met at my brother's house for dinner... the girls picked up my mom and brought her up, and my sister and her family all came up. We were supposed to have a cookout, but the wind was still blowing like crazy, so we ordered pizza instead! lol! Yummmm! Fine with me!

We got to play with my 7 mo. old nephew Hunter... what a sweetheart!!!! Gosh, he changes so much each time I see him!!!!

Then we headed home to a dark house.... the power finally came on around 9:00 p.m.

All in all, it was a great weekend!

Happy Mother's Day to all!

Bev

We had a great time here too!

We spent Saturday pretty much the same way Bev did, rofl! We planted 4 trees and a bush plus did a lot of weeding, mowing etc. I of course had a blast, lol! The weather could have been a bit nicer but it was cool so I wasn't sweating my behind off!

Sunday was busy! In the morning, my son and hubby cooked me breakfast. Oh and my son - wow he went all out for me! He planted a flower at school for me, made me two cards - which one had a hand-written poem in it plus he got me a bunch of little gifts from the "boxtop Mother's Day shop" at school. He did so well and the thought process he had to have gone through to pick out those gifts - wow - I'm amazed at his little mind!

We also delivered my "old furniture" to my mom. We recently got a new living room suit and she wanted my old suit. We spent some time w/ her and then went to this absolutely awesome new Chinese buffet for a late lunch. Then we headed to Walmart and Lowe's where mommy got two new rose bushes and some pots for inside. Yes, my new passion is flowers, bushes and trees! ROFL!

Then we stopped at Dunkin Donuts, picked up some of my MIL's favorite coffee from there and donuts. We headed to their place for coffee and donuts - hung out there for a while and then headed home just in time to see the Survivor finale, rofl!

Take care,
Anita Razz

Sounds like everyone had a great Mother's Day....woohooo!

My daughter took me out for a manicure and pedicure (thought I was going to cancel, but ended up going) and then for lunch.

My grandpuppy (LOL) got me a card and a box of chocolate jordans.

My hubby got me 3 hanging flower baskets, grilled me dinner and gave me a massage and said I could pick out a present while on vacation later this week...I will make sure I hit his wallet good since he didn't set a price limit LOL

Opportunities these days are looking for investments at any level. A simple loan can be taken to finance the money for the investment. One of the better options out there is stock trading, the margins are high and the business is successful. Another one is real estate investment, for which one can get a mortgage refinance services to get a lower interest rate loan. Other small opportunities are providing insurances like cheap car insurance or supplying services in the finance sector like merchant credit services.
