People never cease to amaze me. I don't understand what they don't get. It's very simple and it's common sense.

you'd think!
but yet this one person is still emailing me screaming that somehow it's my fault she didn't know about a policy, yet ummmm she emailed saying she doesnt "have time to read the company emails" so how is that my fault?

If people are going to own a biz, work for someone else they need to read emails, they need to know what's going on otherwise they're destined for failure and yet they don't grasp that concept
