Do you live in an a area that has severe cold weather with snow and ice? Hostesses cancelling out on you?
Offer Snow insurance.....so when the hostess says I dont want to book in February because it might snow....I say "you better hope it snows!" I am offering you Snow Insurance. If it snows or is icy the night of your party to the point where guests are cancelling.....if you take thier orders over the phone and have at least $100 in orders and reschedule your party, I will give you an extra 10% hostess credits on top of what you already get! Since the weather is so bad and no one is going anywhere, everyone should be home to answer the phone. I give her 3 days to close out the party.
This way...you didnt lose out on sales, she gains an extra 10% and has rescheduled her party and let her guests know when the rescheduled date is. So it is a win win situation.
