Hi all!

We at Party Plan WAHM's are preparing a Mother's Day Celebration. It is a bit unconvential, we are not asking for money, we are asking for prize donations to be mailed out to our prize collector, so they can package them up and make them all pretty to go out to the 3 winners. SO... If we can get 20 vendors, then we can have great baskets !!!!

We would like to celebrate all moms with a Mother's Day Shopping Gala!

We are looking to CELEBRATE being a MOM and so...

We will be collecting your answers to the questions below, and on April 30, 2006 we (the owners) will discuss the answers and choose a Grand Prize Winner, First Place winner, and Second Place winner.

WE are looking for SPONSORS!

Instead of you sending your prize (valued between $7.50 and $10) to the "winner" - we are looking for at least 20 vendors to send prizes into us, and then we are going to make up the 3 "baskets" to send to the winners. Once you send in your information, we will contact you with the information to send the prize to. Prizes are DUE by April 30, 2006 so we can get them packaged and out after the last event.
