We posted our goals earlier, but now it is time to prioritize. Pick the top 3 of those goals for now. (many of them will probably tie into each other anyway )
So pick the top three goals that HAVE to be done or will make you money faster if you finish them. Now you need to figure out a time frame for it to be completed and write up steps for it.
Example:
My main goal this year is my newsletters. I am using aweber and need to use it to it's fullest. A big part of the goal is growing the lists. Let alone getting them out on time. So here is my plan of action for getting this done.
1. I have put in autoresponders so that subscribers to busy momma wellness will get weekly quick tips sent to them.
2. I have made templates for each newsletter and as I get info from others or write the articles, I put them directly into the page.
3. I set dates that each of the newsletters have to be out. Instead of the generic statement I made to myself before of the beginning of the month.
4. I also loaded an ebook to busy momma wellness for subscribers. I'm hoping this will be a big draw.
5. I need to advertise my free newsletters everywhere I can now. I've done a lot of building of things, but not as much advertising as I should. _________________ Val

With a little review of my "current goals list" I've decided that they're each indirectly going to effect my "long term goals". Most of them right now are more like "to dos" than "goals". So, I figured the best way for me to go at this would be to get rid of the little "to dos" first which will help me get a chance to take a better look at the "big picture" and set some plans to make it happen.
Set Lauren Up with VA Work
Okay, time to officially get this off my list ... Lauren be expecting to hear from me in the next couple of days. I think I have everything set up the way I want it and if anyone else sends me more stuff after the fact ... then I guess we'll just take it from there. Part of my "big picture" is to have more time to focus on other thing ... having Lauren take over this will free up some time for me
Write Articles
In my "to do" list I had write an article. As I mentioned though, this is going to be an ongoing process. I should try to make it a goal to write at least one article a week. Kara and I have decided that we want to break away from using other's articles (aside from the humor article). So, if I write one article a week and she writes some, we'll have more than enough to choose from for each issue.
Set up More Mini Courses
Again, something simple to get off the list ... the hard part (the writing) is already done .... just set em up already, lol. As with Val, I plan on utilizing my aweber account to the fullest. With the Direct Sales Mini Course it's completely ready to copy and paste. I have two other courses for Affiliate Marketing and switching them to Aweber will have some added benefits that were a bit of downside of SendFree.
(I do have to note here ... SendFree is still a very good program. I have been recommending it and I'm not going back on this. It's just that I've gotten to a point where I would like a little more. If you're doing something short then the free SendFree account may be more than enough. BUT on the other hand ... I do also highly recommend Aweber and think it's going to be way worth the cost. Sorry, off topic here but I just felt the need to add that.)
Okay, those are my first and probably really the easiest 3. But, if I get those little "naggy" things out of there ... I can move onto finishing my new book. I'm really getting excited about this because I think there are a lot of possibilities available with this. Including added exposure for MH, opening MH back up to my "original target group" and I'm even thinking about doing some offline promotions with this. I'll go into more detail with this later but just wanted to get it written down for future reference.
Who's next?
Take care,

Well I'm going to pick 3 again.
1. Newsletters out on time for the last two months of the year.
2. One webinar planned for Jan.
3. 2 blog posts per week on each blog.
Visit your goals from the beginning of the year and grab three that will make you more money!
We will be reviewing goals here very soon. So get to crackin on em. _________________ Val
