Need a Logo? Click Here!

I found LogoMaker not too long ago and just thought I'd try it out for fun. I created a logo for my blog by choosing an icon (they have hundreds), adding text, choosing font, color scheme and manipulating the parts together.

What I love is that you can use the logo you created for free if it's just on the web. There are some limitations including the fact that you have to maintain the code they give you. It includes a link to either their site or a sister site. But to be honest, I think I was doing something wrong because it never linked anywhere! Just a note that I had trouble trying to cut and paste the code and ended up having to retype it. And therein may have been my problem!

If you want to use the logo in print form you must purchase it. The fantastic thing is right now you can buy it for only $9!!
Normally, it's $69. I have no idea how long this promotion will last. I'm guessing the end of the month because it's a holiday special.

I decided to purchase the logo tonight. Now that I have, the logo belongs to me. However, the icon I chose can still be offered by LogoMaker for others to use.

I also now have access to their shop where I can have my logo imprinted on things like shirts, mugs, post-its and business cards. What I think is neat is that the business cards automatically take my color scheme and incorporate them into the design.

If anyone does use LogoMaker to create a logo, please post it (or a link to it) here - I would love to see it!

Melissa

Awesome! Thanks for sharing. I'm super-busy right at this moment but I will definitely give it a try. And for $9 - you can't beat that! Logo's are not cheap!! I'll definitely be giving it a whirl here very directly.

The designing tool is really cool and I liked the logo I created but I can't get the code to work to share it Sad I haven't purchased it yet.

Take care,
