What is Latasia Jewelry? Latasia Jewelry is a party plan company like no other! Latasia is a small party plan company offering exquisite fashion jewelry backed by a lifetime guarantee at affordable prices. We are able to offer our jewelry in the home party setting, catalog parties, vendor fairs, bridal fairs, fundraisers and many other avenues!

How long has Latasia been in business? Latasia has been in business for over 15 years. Our owner, Anthony Calendrelli, has had Latasia since 1999 and has built the company from the ground up. When he bought Latasia there were only 17 active Designers! We now have over 700. Anthony has been in the jewelry manufacturing business for over 30 years and made jewelry for all the other jewelry party plan companies until he acquired Latasia in 1999. He still has lines in Belks, Dillards, Macy's and other fine department stores. One of his lines is American Ring.

How much money can I make with Latasia? With Latasia we earn 40% of our retail sales up front when we start. That means we do not wait on a paycheck when we submit a party or an individual order! Once we've sold our first $1500 in retail jewelry we then keep 50% of our sales up front from then on!

Are there any minimums to keep making 50%? Absolutely not! Once you reach that commission level you will ALWAYS keep 50% of your sales!

What kind of incentives does Latasia offer? Latasia is one of the few companies that offers the opportunity to earn 2 free trips per year! These aren't little weekend getaways either nor is it a "contest" to win them. The first trip of 2007 we are working on is for a week long vacation on Edinburgh, Scotland! We will be staying a few nights in a true blue castle! All paid for by Latasia! To win all we have to have is $10,000 retail sales and 4 qualified recruits by June 30 for the trip for 1. For the trip for 2, just have $15,000 retail sales and 6 qualified recruits by June 30th! If you look at other companies, they probably one have one vacation per year that you can win and the requirements are more than twice as high as Latasia's is for 2 trips per year! Our second trip promotion of every year is always to a tropical destination!! A qualified recruit is one who has sold their first $1500 within 60 days of joining Latasia. Latasia also offers free jewelry and business supplies through contests throughout the year!

How much does it cost to get started? Our Business Collection is only $139 plus tax and shipping for over $800 worth of jewelry and $40 in business supplies. You get to pick out $200 of that jewelry yourself! Business supplies include catalogs, order forms, invitations, hostess packets, recruiting info, ring sizer, training DVD and more!

Does the company let you have a website? Yes. We have our back office site for ordering and such for free. We can also have a personal site through the company that allows us to personalize and add events so we can have online ordering for ladies that aren't able to attend an event they've been invited to. The order goes under the event/hostess name so that our hostesses always get credit for the sale for their free jewelry!! That website is a $25 setup fee which includes the first month and then it's only $10 a month after that!!

How much do Hostesses receive? Hostesses receive $30 for $3 in jewelry for returning their guest list to you within 3 days of booking their party. The $3 is to the hostess, not a cost to you! Then when they hold their party they will earn 20% of the sales in free jewelry for sales of $200-349, 30% in free jewelry for sales of $350-$499 and 40% in free jewelry for sales of $500 and up!! They can also qualify for our monthly Hostess specials and get even more discounted jewelry! For example, in January, hostesses can receive another $100 in jewelry for only $20 when their sales are over $400. So, if your hostess had a $400 party she would get: $30 for $3, $120 in free jewelry and $100 in jewelry for $20, so a total of $250 in jewelry for a cost of only $23 plus tax and shipping!!! Not bad huh!! And the best part is, none of that costs the Designer a penny!!! Latasia pays for our hostess program 100%!!!!

What about other benefits? Latasia has partnered with Merrill Lynch to offer an amazing savings/retirement account for free to us if we would like to take advantage of it. Latasia also has available to us discount health insurance if we would like. Also, Latasia has a Fast Start program where you can win $300 in free jewelry in your first 60 days with the company!!!

What is Latasia's Guarantee on the jewelry? We call it the Platinum Guarantee. If for any reason a customer is not completely satisfied with their selection within 30 days of purchase they can send back the itiems for exchange. After 30 days, Latasia will gladly replace or repair their jewelry up to one full year for free! After one year, only a small $5 processing fee is charged if something happens to the jewelry for the rest of the time the customer owns that piece!!!

Do I have to sort and deliver product? Absolutely not!!! All orders on parties are sorted and shipped directly to the hostesses. Individual orders are shipped directly to the customer, saving you lots of money and time!!

is this the most up to date info you have on Latasia as to the cost, trips, compansation and hostess program? I often have others ask me about yours if they are not interested in my line..and I'd like to share..since you seem successful!
