For the past couple of weeks I've been working really hard (putting in
many hours) to do a complete re-vamp of Mommy's Helper. It's actually
been quite enjoyable because for one I am one who like change. Another
reason I'm enjoying this is because the main reason I'm doing thing is
to make the entire website a little more search engine friendly and
replacement of my adsense. So therefore, I of course am looking forward
to the inevitable increase in my income Wink

Speaking of search engines ... that's exactly what this week's feature
article is all about. Exactly why do you need to optimize your
website? And then next time we'll take a look at what we might need to do to
optimize our websites.

It's fun when your kiddos are small. They have their
own vocabulary. The other day my son asked for some
shmushmellows. Of course, he meant marshmallows, but I
think his name is more appropriate, don't you think?

Recipes

German Chocolate Cake

4 oz Baking chocolate;
1/2 c Water; boiling
1/2 c Butter;
1/2 c Granulated sugar replacement
3 tb Granulated fructose
4 Eggs yolks;
2 ts Vanilla extract;
1 ts Baking soda;
1/2 ts Salt;
1 c Buttermilk;
4 Egg whites; stiffly beaten

Melt chocolate to boiling water. Cool. Cream butter, sugar replacement
amd fructose until fluffy. Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well
after each addition. Blend in vanilla and chocolate water. Sift flour
with baking soda and salt, add alternately with buttermilk to chocolate
mixture, beating well after each addition until smooth. Fold in beaten
egg whites. Grease three 3 9" baking pans; line them with paper, grease
again, and lightly flour pans; pour batter into the three pans. Bake at
350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until cakes test done. Remove from
pans onto racks, remove paper lining. Cool.
