Firstly Let me say That athough I had a problem with getting the download link for the Mothers Helper 'Event Kit' when the link was sent to me I was very happy with the file.
As a result I decided to order the 'Online Party' Kit unfortunatly the same thing has happened again and I am unable to get in contact with the owners of the site to inform them.
Dose anyone know how I can contact them to either get the link or my money back if there is a problem.

You must have a problem with your pop-up blocker stopping the link from coming up. I will forward this email to them and I know they will get back to you asap. It is the weekend though, so not positive if it will be before Monday.

Hi Tracey,
I just wanted to make sure that this was taken care of. The kits that you purchased were not from MommysHelperOnline.com (which I own) they were purchased from DirectSalesHelpers.com (which I co-own with Kara - above).
I was out having surgery when you made this post so I didn't catch it until now. Kara (aka karadawn who posted above) has said that you did not email her yet.
If you have not gotten the download link yet, please contact one of us at:
