Note from Anita:

This week I'd like to start by thanking each of you who sent me cards,
emails and gifts during my recent surgery and hospital stay. They were
all very appreciated. Just a little update ... I'm now home and
recovering. I'm still very sore but that is to be expected of course.

There's only one more week left in the Think Big Challenge and I'm
really sorry to see it end. The support I've received from that workshop
has been tremendous and being held accountable really does push ya. But
it doesn't have to completely end as we've been tracking our goals on

How do they Find You?
Search engine optimization is utilizing techniques and methods in order
to make your website rank as high as possible on search engine result
pages. The higher the ranking, the higher the probability of "getting
the click". So, it stands to reason that higher rankings equals more
clicks which equals more traffic which eventually equals more business.

Where Cheeseburgers Come From
Recently, while on vacation, the kids and I spied a
little shop called Sin Sations.

Fresh baked donuts immediately sprang to mind and I
drove over, but for the life of me I could not
reconcile what I saw with the vision of glazed goodies
dancing in my wee brain. Sin Sations is an adult
shop and has nothing to do with bear claws and
éclairs.

Recipes

Potato Chowder

5 med. potatoes, peeled, sliced
1/3 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. margarine
1 (3 oz.) jar dried beef (cut beef
into sm. pieces)
3 c. milk

Cook potatoes in 2 1/2 cups boiling water until tender. Break up
potatoes,
slightly with a fork. Melt margarine in a saucepan. Add onion and cook
until
brown. Add beef. Cook and stir until beef curls. Add flour, mix well.
Add
milk all at once and stir until thickened. Add potatoes. Reheat.
