Everyday at the same time each night, Dr. Simms comes into the bar and orders an Almond Daquiri. Like clock work, the bartender can count on his being there everynight at the same time.
So one night, he decides he's going to his the doctors drink waiting for him when he comes in. He starts to make the drink, but discovers he's out of almonds, so he substitutes with hickory nuts instead.
The doctor comes in, the bartender puts his drink in front of his and surpirsed, the doctor takes a drink. Then it registers that it's not is usual, and he asks "What's this? Not my usual"
Bartender explains "I was out of almonds, it's a Hickory Daquiri Doc!"
Get it?? Hickory daquiri doc?  Like "Hickory dickory doc..." Get it?  Remember-it's my Mom's joke!
