DISTRIBUTOR APPLICATION Signing up has never been easier ! 3 simple steps
1)Complete the online application
2)Submit the required $10 order of either Paper Work Kit or $10 ANY products ANY scent
3)Print off and mail in via US mail the W9.
AND at the same time take advantage of the FREE redirect link which allows your customers the ease of placing orders online

Any application that is submitted without an order will be deleted. This purchase must be a minimum of $10. All new distributors will receive a company policies handbook from their team leader.
Distributors have the option to set their own prices; however, the 30% discount will be given on the MSRP set by Enchanted Potions.

ACTIVE STATUS
To be considered an “active” Enchanted Potions distributor, each of the following requirements must be satisfied:
*Each distributor must submit an electronically signed online agreement.
*Applications submitted without a paid order will be deleted and not processed.
*A completed/signed w9 form must be received by the home office before the initial order will be shipped.
*All reps are required to make a purchase quarterly. Failure to do so will result in program termination. Purchase is ANY $ amount.
*To be eligible for downline commissions and bonuses, team leaders are required to make at least one monthly purchase totaling a
minimum of $10.
*To be considered for sales prizes, swaps, Stardust Ladder positions and other company sponsored plans, a monthly purchase is required (no minimum amount).
Enchanted Potions requires each distributor to maintain contact with his/her sponsor or a company officer at least once monthly. It is important for you to stay up to date on your company status by reading forum announcements including Company Cut Lists and Daily Lab Status Reports. It is imperative that you report any errors to Management ASAP.

Each quarter, we will cut inactive reps who have failed to place an order during the previous quarter.
Quarters are: Jan – Mar; Apr – Jun; Jul – Sep; Oct – Dec. Any distributor who has been cut due to inactivity three times will be placed on our ineligible to return list.

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION
Enchanted Potions places no geographic or territorial restrictions on its distributors. While it is possible that an individual may be the sole distributor in a particular area at any given time, no “exclusive rights” may ever be claimed. Please also note that all International Sales (Excluding Canada and Unites States Military Bases) are subject to a $15 handling fee in addition to quoted shipping charges on all orders.

COMPANY MESSAGE BOARD
Our message board is our major information pipeline and in addition to providing important announcements, will be a valuable tool for your business. This board will serve as a virtual office where you will have access to all necessary literature, pictures, and information regarding Enchanted Potions. You will find this information in the files section. As products are added or improved, the files will be updated. You will also find company literature and brochures, flyers, and various other business aids. These files may be downloaded and altered to suit your business needs. Please use this board as your main source of information regarding Enchanted Potions as well as a place to interact and meet other EP Distributors. Any questions, comments, or suggestions you may have should first be directed to your team leader. If for any reason your team leader is unresponsive to your needs, please contact management so that we may assist you and move you to another team if necessary.
The forum boards are filled with an extensive amount of information that will go a long way in helping you get started with your Enchanted Potions Business. We strongly suggest that you visit the boards at least once daily so that you will always be up to date on business happenings.

PRIVATE LABELING & CUSTOM ORDERS
Enchanted Potions offers private labeling at no extra cost to the customer*. All labels are currently printed on an inkjet printer. Samples will be provided prior to printing a large quantity of labels, just in case the customer desires a higher quality print job.
Custom labeling is a free service for those customers/reps who only wish for the wording to be changed. If you are satisfied with the chosen backgrounds, but want the company name to be changed to reflect your business, EP will provide this at no charge.
*For those customers/reps who wish to use their own logos or custom background designs, there will be a $10 setup fee PLUS an additional $.05 per-label fee on each order. This fee will be manually charged, therefore a corrected invoice will be issued once the order has been received and processed. Any customers/reps that previously had a custom label designed by EP prior to this change will not be affected by this policy.
We will do our best to find molds and/or supplies to fill a special request for specific products. Due to the time involved in processing these requests, there will be a $10 setup fee on all custom orders.

MONTHLY TOP SELLER CHALLENGE

Each month our top seller*, 2nd highest sales* and 3rd highest sales* Reps will receive a prize pack of our top selling products. *In order to qualify for the prize pack, the 3 top sellers must have sales totaling $250 or more (rep cost, not retail). Our Top Seller (with sales over $250) will earn all 10 of that month’s Most Wanted Products scented with selections from our 10 Most Wanted Scents**! Our 2nd and 3rd place sellers would receive the top 5 items in 5 of our top selling scents.*

Top sellers who do not sell over $250 (rep cost) of products will receive 1 Free product with their next order.

ADVERTISING
Enchanted Potions distributors are free to advertise in any venue they feel beneficial. Distributors should, however, refrain from making any false, misleading, or exaggerated claims regarding Enchanted Potions, its products, or fellow distributors. “Spamming” of Enchanted Potions propaganda will also not be tolerated.

Commission Rate and how is it paid?
Distributors receive a base commission of 30% on all orders. We also have an incentive program for distributors to receive up to an additional 10% commission. For those with a redirect site, the company will track your sales and will send you an email at the beginning of each month to inform you of any commissions due you and we will either issue a check or give store credit for any amounts over $10. Any totals less than $10 will be rolled over to the following month. For distributors without a redirect, you will place all orders on the main site and enter given code to receive your 30% discount - thus, your commission comes straight from the customer.
