I'm putting out a request to direct sales consultants. I need to know where it is that you need the most help. I have taken over a scrapbook business site and I'd like to cater to the direct sales consultant as well as the retailer.
But I can't do that without your help.

Some areas that could be covered?
Options for growing a ds scrapbooking business eg. online, offline, craft shows, S4O-of course with ds companies one must abide by the ind. company policies
Team Building-recruiting, motivating your team, incentives, team training
Easy layout, and make&take ideas for parties, crops, classes
Advertising & Marketing your scrapbook business
HTH-of course you could probably tell me what areas I need help in-considering how many IM's and emails we've exchanged!

Now, I'm not saying I need help in ALL those ares, but when I think of the DS aspect of scrapbooking, and considering that's what I'm doing...those were the topics that came to mind.
