Where do you see your business(s) in 2 years? How about in 5? _________________ Val

I've been a WAHM for 4 years and my 5 year goal is add 100 WAHMs as partners in my business. I am going to focus on two goals: to grow my business and to help other WAHMs earn income while raising their families.
Thoughts & Prayers appreciated!

That's an awesome goal Jennifer! Do you have a plan to get there?
Take care,

That's a tough question - my immediate answer is that I need to recruit 5 project managers every quarter for the next 5 years. Of course, I will not retain everyone of those, so I have to account for additional recruitment.
I am SO open to suggestions on this...

Well, you've taken the right first step. First you need to break your goal down into smaller, more easily attainable goals. (Which is exactly what you've done!)
You've made a good point that you will not retain each of them so, a good place to start may be to try for 7 new recruits per quarter. Breaking it down into quarters was a good choice. So, now you should work on deciding what you need to do each quarter to work on getting those 7 recruits. Maybe you should start figuring out a promo that you can focus on per quarter. Maybe for one quarter you could offer a free gift for each new recruit. Using business-related items for these prizes would be great. So, not only are you offering a gift for them, but you're also giving them a head start in building their own business. (Sorry, I have prizes/gifts on the brain because of the newsletter we just sent out today: http://www.directsaleshelpers.com/team-online-party.html )
Which that gives me another idea too, Lauren here recently ran a workshop to teach people about her business, maybe you could do something like this too? Have something in a chat room to introduce people to your business. I actually recommend checking out doing something at http://www.momchats.com . So, not only would you be able to invite your own guests, but it will aslo be listed in their newsletter which goes to over 300 some guests. You might consider offering some sort of prizes for anyone who joins during your party.
Those are just a couple of ideas that just pop into my head right now. Use your imagination and make a plan for at least one quarter to reach your goal.
Hope that helps some!
Take care,
