Bam Bam, the Blue and Gold Macaw
Pebbles, our cat
Caleb, our Basset Hound
Taz, our turtle
They are a big part of our lives! It's funny...what prompted me to post these is Taz is very active today and has been flipping over in her (yes, it's a SHE) water dish all morning. She's all over the place and we are just having the best time talking to her and watching her mischevious ways  I know, I know, she's just a turtle but boy has she been through a lot. We originally bought her for my stepson when he was 12 (he's 22 now  ) but he never took care of her very well so we brought her back to our home about a year after we got her. My stepson had no clue back then....and Taz had infected ears at the time and had to have surgery...that was $180 (hard to forget the price tag on that one)! Ever since then, she's been just fine and amazingly enough has a great personality for a turtle

Wow Bam Bam is beautiful !!!
When I was a kid wanted a Military Macaw, never got one BUT did have parakeets, love birds, and cocktiels
My brothers had turtles, I always have worn bright color nail polish and could have my fingers on the outside of the tank and the turtles would follow them around - was funny to watch
Now I have a fan tailed goldfish name Gyrtle ( Myrtle dies a few months ago) got them almost 9 years ago
And of course my spoiled pooch Dewk he is almost 10
How do you get pictures to show here?
