Not yet today Crying or Very sad I'm not sure what's wrong, but my stomach is really hurting today. I had every intention of getting up and doing the gazelle while the girls were getting ready for school, but I just couldn't do it... I was even tempted to call in sick at work, but figured I better not....

Hopefully I'll feel better by evening and can do it tonight.

Take care of yourself Bev. Now that some stress has let off the immune system may slack off.

I did a back work out and the elliptical. I will do my abs tonight. I may walk on the treadmill for a while too. I didn't get to the gym yesterday like I wanted. Sad

30 minutes with arm weights, 30 minutes on tummy, 1 hr 5 mile walk outside means each 1 mile was less then 15 minutes WOOHOO ! That is a first !

Now this morning I can barely get around - back of calves hurt , sholders hurt - BUT no pain no gain ! Very Happy

Will go a little easier today on what I do - just the walking I think
