Answer these questions with nothing on your mind but the finished site. Don't think of how in the world you are going to accomplish it. Just list what you want done!

1. What do you hope to accomplish with this site?

2. If this site offers benefits to subscribers/members, what do you hope they will accomplish with those benefits?

3. What time frame have you set for this site/project to be completed?

4. Why was this time frame chosen?

These will help you set up a new and existing site. Sometimes we get wrapped up in what we can and can't do. Forgetting the purpose of why we decided to build the site.
