Yep, just got back from the gym. I volunteered to do a run sometime in April or May, so have to get ready for that.
Did legs, shoulders and abs. Then 3 mile jog on the treadmill. It's gorgeous outside and I wanted to go jog outside. But I really need some more clients, so have to be in the gym to talk to people. _________________ Val

1 mile watp. *sigh* I need to get more in, but I am having a hard time with it! I do the 1 mile at work with a group that comes in. They don`t want to do the 2 mile yet, and as hard as I try I can`t seem to get back ion there to do a second later. I get home at 4:30 to 5:00, and can`t get it in after that either. Some nights I get out for an evening walk with my youngest and the dog, but most nights there is just too much to do.
It`s getting me down, because I`ve put some of my weight back on since I got my jonb. I just can`t get a routine down! I`m not eating right either- too much junk.
I just don`t know what to do about it.
