I have been working with ymlp.com now and have already sent out 1 newsletter and it contained a live link to my website. OK now every time I try to resend this Newletter to new subscribers or I have even tried many times to create a new "test" newsletter and copy and paste my website address, like I always do, the link isn't live and it's making me crazy. I have even just inserted this link into a email to myself and the link is live then but not in YMLP. I have been talking to a "Patrick" in the help area and he keeps telling me things I already know but obviously I am missing a step somewhere. Can anyone help me. Thanks much. _________________ Maji Designs

Are you doing it in HTML format or text?
If it's in text ...
Are you remembering to include the http:// at the beginning. Some will not be active without the http://
If it's in HTML ...
Here is an example code you can use:
{a href="http://www.mommyshelperonline.com"}MommysHelperOnline.com{/a}
Change { and } to <and>
Does this help?
Take care,
