No, I couldn't... but the company has just started last month and it is already out of the red (yay!). Ask me again in a few months!
(If I could just the the marketing trick down, I'd be set!) |

Congrats! Gotta celebrate the littler feats too! Without those, you'd never get to the end! And actually, getting out of the red isn't exactly a small feat

I could have a few years ago with my writing, editing and website design... but I was working 16 hours a day and hubby made me sell that business! Today, I'm making money, but couldn't support myself.
This is actually on my mind a lot. People think we're morbid, but my husband and I both consider the reality that he is 12 years older than me and his family has a VERY strong history of heart disease (his dad and one of his brothers - 53 and 49 respectively - died of heart attacks, and of 12 other siblings - all but my husband have had some form of heart disease, I think)... so, knowing this up front, we've always realized we need to have an "emergency plan" in place should he die before me. I'm working on it, but it's not there yet. I just have to keep praying for him.
But it's a very good question... And Anita, I'd love to know what that list of 40 points is! _________________ Darlene "Dee" Bishop

I don't think that is morbid. Everyone should think about it. It is just practical to have a plan should our husbands die before us. We have children and a household to run. While most of us could make a living returning to the "work force" and leaving our home business, there probably aren't many of us wants to do that unless we really have to.
I think having life insurance for both you and your husband is so important. Not only for your husband, but also for you. If you die, your husband would need money to hire a housekeeper, cook, driver, organizer, nanny, etc. I know my husband, as awesome as he is, could ever have his full time job and take care of our daughter and house and everything else.
Sorry to bring down the spirit of the thread! Just my (sometimes over expressed) opinion.
Prayers do work, too!! _________________ www.utahbabyguide.com

Nope, I agree ... not morbid at all! It definitely doesn't hurt to have an action plan ready. Besides, it'll certainly help if that time comes that you need to put it into action. It'll make things a lot more simpler - giving you time to focus on the important issue at hand
