It works great for me Angie. I take one a day, and two if something happens that I know will stress me out. I really have a hard time talking in front of a group of people - I really notice a difference since I started taking the Stress Relief Complex. Hope it works for you - keep us updated.

The SRC is a staple in my house! LOL! It helped with my panic attacks, and I actually haven't had one in almost a year, so I am very thankful for SRC.
