I just joined so I am new to this, but here is my short story.I moved from Colorado a 11/2 yrs. ago to Ill. and love it here. I have two children, well three if you include my husband, ages 3 and 8. My 8 year old has autism and is doing wonderful since I changed my house over to non-toxic products. What a find! I would love to hear back from you all and thank you for allowing me to be a part of you site. Who knows maybe I can help you rid your house of toxic chemicals too. It really makes a huge difference.

Welcome to Mommy's Helper Community! So nice to have another IL member! Where are you in IL? I'm in the SW suburbs of Chicago.

You'll find a lot of great people here-a very supportive community. I see Anita's welcomed you already. And may I say in my defense, Anita has made some of us who we are today...so...if she's gonna call this place a nut house...well, it is HER board! LOL!

Glad to have you. My husband has worked with autistic children for quite a few years as a teacher. It is great that you have found something that can help him/her. We are glad you are here and hope you find us useful and helpful!

Nuts- there are very many nuts here... at least not this poster! HAHA- when you see us posting in the middle of the night, you will understand! Very Happy

Welcome!! So glad to have you. I'm the Nicole, the one they spoke of doing the night time sign ins...lol I live in Germany, hubby is in the Air Force, 2 kids and about 8-9 hours ahead of you. Colorado is BEAUTIFUL!! My husband was stationed there growing up for a few years. I know he would love to go back there. Again, welcome and I hope to see you around the boards.
