I feel like I'm being spammy.  But we really need to start taking advantage of all our blogs!
I'd like to exchange links with other health, fitness and nutrition blogs. I have no links exchanged with this blog yet and it could be a great hit for others. In July I had over 4,000 hits to it, that's not unique hits, but all total.
