Do you ever barter for other wahm products and/or services?

If so, have you had a pleasant experience with it?

Have you ever had any problems with bartering with other wahms?

I haven't done it in a really long time but I had done it quite a bit in the past. The experience I've had was all good Wink

Hope that helps!

Happy New Year!

My experiences have also been good, too, Shelly. I haven't done it in quite a while, but in the past I've bartered products for products and my products for advertising/banner & button design.

Yes, I offer advertising for barter Wink Hehe ... had to say that!! ROFL!

Oh and kind off topic ...
Not exactly bartering but I will tell you one thing I would love to start here on the boards, and that would be a used book exchange. I have so many books around here that I've already read and have nothing to do with them now. I'm the kind that only reads a book once. I tried starting to go to the local library and borrowing books and I really prefer paperbacks. Well, for some reason our library does not keep up with their paperbacks. The ones that they have are getting quite old and are really starting to be out of date.

Soooo, if I started a book exchange and enough people got involved, I wouldn't feel so bad for buying a new book every other week, lol.

Okay, I guess I should make another post, eh? I can go into more detail there. If anyone here is interested, as soon as I make the post, I'll come back and post the link here Wink

Happy New Year!

Shoot, Anita, I just sold all my books on ebay. But those were mostly hardcover, bookclub editions. I'm like you, I only read a book once, too.

Actually, I think I have a few paperbacks in my ebay store now. Wink Laughing Laughing

Now if only that Capri set came in medium and not large, I'd be good to go! Gee thanks! Ebay was not on my "to do" list tonight

I used to barter on a regular basis when I was in direct sales (gourmet food, gifts, etc.). I don't actively barter now however I am still a member of a few DS companies where I could barter products if someone had something I wanted

and

Anita: PLEASE get that book swap going because I have a ton of books (mostly business but others too) that I would like to swap. I was actually looking at that site called Paperback Swap but they only had one book out of MANY on my wish list. The only other thing I'm not sure I like is that I *think* you have to post 10 books or something like that to get a credit for one book. Maybe I read that wrong? LOL I would much rather do swaps with other wahms who could potentially have the books I want. I still try to sell them too, could always use the moola

I just ordered quite a few books from Amazon too. Wink

Oh and maybe you could also add in movies (VHS and DVD), system games, etc.

Fun Smile

Opportunities these days are looking for investments at any level. A simple loan can be taken to finance the money for the investment. One of the better options out there is stock trading, the margins are high and the business is successful. Another one is real estate investment, for which one can get a mortgage refinance services to get a lower interest rate loan. Other small opportunities are providing insurances like cheap car insurance or supplying services in the finance sector like merchant credit services.
