Oh my the only change I have made recently was to join this board, and I am receiving 50-70 spam mails per day.
How do you deal with it?

I honestly don't think that it has anything to do with these boards but if it makes you feel better, you can go into your profile and hide your email address.
I always deal with spam on a regular basis. Actually, always have since the very beginning. Yeah, a real pain, I know.

Oh they days of only have that many spam emails. Now with all my blogs and sites, I have well over 500 to skim through on any given day and that is a low ball.
Honestly, I would go over an newsletters or things you have signed up for online. I never saw an increase in spam email from joining Mommy's Helpers.
Do you have your email address on your website or blog? I know this will get picked up by spammers. It is why you will sometimes see sites with the email addresses written with spaces between the words.

I have had my website and blog up for about a month now, and just this week the spam started coming in. I don't have my email address public on this site, but the spam is probably coming from somewhere else. I thought how strange the spam started just this week. Go figure!

Here on the forums you mean? I just want to make sure you're aware that actually yes, you do. If you look at the bottom of each of your posts here ... see the little email icon? That's your email.
