Lets share our best/favorite tips... Here are 2 of mine.
1. Pre pack snacks in little containers or baggies according to the serving size. I do this a lot! It saves me from "eating the whole container"
2. No matter how badly you don't want to work out, just do it for 10mins. Odds are, you will go longer.

EAT BREAKFAST!!!

I have been doing this since Jan. 1 2008 and I can really notice a difference in how much eat during the rest of the day. Very Happy

Water, water and more water! It helps make you feel fuller, helps flush out those calories and it's good for you! Laughing

And, exercising gives you MORE energy.... when I've exercised in the morning before work, I can do more in the evenings... I have a lot more energy to get things done.

Bev I was going to say exercise too. All the calories you cut, you won't succeed without exercise. And in response to the 8-10 pounds I have gained over the past 9 months, I joined a gym today- at a great rate through my insurance believe it or not! So I am going to start tomorrow night and burn those pounds off so I can continue to eat!

Limit the amount of "white" in your diet...white flour, white bread, white rice etc.
