Hello everyone! Here is a silly little thing that I do a lot! When I have time, I make double the recipe of whatever I am making for dinner and freeze half of it in a container. I put a little label on it that says what it is and the date it was made. This way when I have had a rough day, have a party, or just don't feel like cooking all I have to do is pull out a container and viola! Home cooked meal(Heehee)is served! Then I usually just whip up a side of veggies or a salad real quick. My freezer currently is stocked with pizza hotdish, scallop potatoes and ham, chicken noodle soup, pea soup, different spaghetti sauces, and a chicken cheese rice broccoli dish. _________________ "What's in your Brown Bag?"

Yes! I don't do it as often as I would like however, it is a great way to save time. Done correctly and it can save money also because you can buy the ingredients in bulk.

Shelly, can I call you MOM?
Take care,
