It's wednesday, what is your plan for this week? Are you watching your portions? Getting more water? Moving everyday for at least 20 min.?

If you don't plan it out, then it's very difficult to achieve it! Figure out your plan and then cross it off as you finish the tasks. I love to put stickers on the calendar for days I've gotten a workout in. So cool to look at the calendar at the end of the month and see how many days I've made it!

I took Monday off from the gym, but was right back there yesterday. I've got my bag packed to go today right after I drop my daughter at work.

Awesome Audrey! Way to plan ahead. Smile

Hubby and I are hitting the gym in an hour or so, or at noon. It depends if he got any sleep at the station last night or if he needs a nap to be able to function. Laughing

Val,

Do you go everyday? I go 5 or 6 times a week.

I do try hard to workout 5-6 days a week. Some weeks are 7. BUT... I also work at the gym, so it is quite a different story for me. I seriously have no excuse not to get on a piece of cardio for 20 min. between appointments. Smile

I prefer to workout with a partner though. By the time I'm doing my workout, I really don't want to think up new programs at all. I just want m own trainer to tell me what to do! Laughing

One of the better options out there is stock trading, the margins are high and the business is successful. Another one is real estate investment, for which one can get a mortgage refinance services to get a lower interest rate loan. Other small opportunities are providing insurances like cheap car insurance or supplying services in the finance sector like merchant credit services.
