Again, here's another post to help Val reach her silly goal ... and like I said I have affiliate marketing on the brain with our new service so ... here's a couple more questions to start up some discussions ...
Are you an affiliate marketer?
What types of products/services do you promote?
What is your favorite form of promotion?

If there was a topic for it, I promoted it. I will say my last affiliate site standing is about cheesecake.

I never promoted to what some marketers deem as the "Internet Marketing" niche, you know the "How to" info stuff.
To me, I think if you're online and your marketing, you're an internet marketer.
I always preferred real consumer stuff and preferably smaller niches, too, because then I could rank better in the search engines.

1. Are you an affiliate marketer?
I am getting back into becoming an affiliate marketer (among other things). And probably have more than I should as far as what I am promoting.
2. What types of products/services do you promote?
I am staying within the areas/niches of my retreat areas at MomsOnlineRetreat.com - scrabooking, cooking, home and gardening. I can also cross-promote through ScrappinWAHM.com and the blog there. Plus my latest endeavor with Kara's candles at MOR and at SoyCandleScents.com
AND I've been turning my attention to WAHM stuff too - DHS 
3. What is your favorite form of promotion?
I'd have to say my favorite way is through blogging and website - I'm in search of PLR, and writing some of my own articles that I can post there and use the blogs for posting specials and such as well.
I do post affiliate buttons where I can, but those are on my own sites. I also find that I tend to want to support my friends and their affiliate programs too. You do business with, and promote for those you know!

Are you an affiliate marketer? Absolutely!
What types of products/services do you promote? Depends on which site or blog. I stick with pampering products on Mom's Indulgence and anything that tickles my fancy on my personal blog
What is your favorite form of promotion? Blog posts and articles I can use in my newsletters.

For the most part I stick with B2B products/services, info products, etc. Occassionally, depending on the product, I might recommend something "for mom" on our 2Wahms.com blog.

Personal recommendations on blog posts, articles and forums. I too occassionally use a button or banner ad but not that often. When I do, it's usually used in addition to my personal recommendation to "show it off".
