The past few weeks I have done some major soul searching and have had some emotional business days. Not knowing exactly what I was doing or where I was going. I was all over the place and have decided to make my major focus my healthy weight loss website and blog.

I have unsubscribed from many mailing lists, stopped going to many forums and am all about working on my website, writing, affiliate marketing, etc.

I'll be scarce for a while as I get a new design going for my website and blog, adding content, and all that stuff.

Hope everyone is doing well and I'll be back to check in soon.

I know exactly where you're coming from right now - trust me. We've had some major financial blows in the past few months but we're trying very hard to turn it all into a very good thing.

(By the way - I was just talking w/ hubby about you on Saturday - telling him about how you're just as obsessed with Jamica as we are. lol!When I'm telling him about someone from online he always says "now who's this one"? So, I showed him your site and I had to show him your journey through weightloss and he was shocked!! He said you've done an absolutely awesome job and have come so far! He also mentioned that you were doing it the right way and losing at a slower pace and changing your lifestyle. As I'm sure you already know, that won't just help you drop it off but KEEP it off. Keep up the great work!)

I'm glad to hear that you understand. I just need the push, I guess.

Thank you and hubby for your kind words about my weight loss.

It's funny because when I talk about online friends and stuff, Kev is the same as your hubby but he remembers everyone so well, he's like oh that's the one from so and so that does so and so. Laughing

Oh and yes, we are Jamaica obsessed and that is another reason I needed to make some changes. We have a trip coming up that needs to be paid for in Oct. Razz
