For some reason I thought I was already a member here! 
Anyway, my name is Diane St James. I live in Texas (PA previously for the first half of my life)...with my hubby, two daughters (one is in college and living with her boyfriend..so basically out of here)...and 6 furkids.
I am a WAHM in the mortgage industry as well as love representing some excellent businesses, especially Luxurious Mineral Makeup™ (the elite branch of Affordable Mineral Makeup™), PartyPetShop which I co-own with a great gal in Oregon, and Lia Sophia Jewelry.

I lived in Allentown for 20 years and closer to Philly before that prior to moving here to Texas.
Can't say I miss the winters at ALL |

Coming from someone who now lives in Texas! (I'm a bit jealous to say the least, lol! And I sure can't say that I blame you! I despise the cold! Let's just say I have absolutely NO intentions of staying here for the rest of my life, lol!
