We had such a great time with Lauren last month but, as with all good things ... it all must come to an end at some point, right?

I pretty much pick these Mods randomly - whoever comes to mind first. And since we have a really new moderator here, she was the first to come to mind.

This month, I'd like to feature our newest moderator ... Pascale!

The way this works is this ... ask a question and Pascale has to answer. Okay so there's no gun to her head or anything like that but we sure would appreciate it, rofl!

Grill, grill, grill baby and grill some more. This can be about her businesses, about her family - pretty much everything goes.
(Within reason ladies! LOL!)

So, I'm gonna start here ...

Start with your business. What exactly is it that you do online?
(We all know nothing more than watching soaps and eating bon bons but humor us. Hey, you can make something up! Laughing Laughing And I better see some links here girl!)

Next, tell us a little bit about your family. Married? Children? Ages?

And finally for now, how about a full birthdate?
Lauren had the guts ... do you? Laughing

So here we go! Featuring one of our newest members on the MHC team for March 2009 - my friend and yours - Pascale Le Bris!

Take care,
Anita Razz

P.S. If you're still lost as to what this is all about - feel free to check out the other posts here in the Meet Our Moderators section.

That was quick! But, Wooohooo!!! Smile Thanks Anita! This should be fun.

Start with your business. What exactly is it that you do online?

Oh gosh, how do I explain this or even start? Online I communicate with my team, Market for new team members, Find Party Leads for myself and my team, maintain my websites, visit message boards, use myspace and facebook (much less than I should):

www.tristatepleasure.com - main
www.partyplancompany.com - biz opp
www.pleasurepros.net - team
www.sextoypartylife.com - blog
www.tristateparties.com - local concentrated

Yeah, website obsessed here. I have one more in the works. LOL. My websites are my main business generator (recruits and parties).

As for Symmetry, I am still learning about this industry and this is more laid back for me than FYP. I do the blog and website for this biz. My fiance, Prince, does the "field work".

www.symmetrylife.com
http://symmetrygenesis.blogspot.com

Lastly, Usborne Books.
www.ubah.com/T2004
I haven't pursued this business much. If I had more hours in the day I would, because I love the books. And I love encouraging reading with my girls and reading to them. I am my biggest customer here.

Next, tell us a little bit about your family. Married? Children? Ages?

Not married yet and don't really have a reason other than "we're not in a rush" LOL. But my fiance, Prince, and I have been together for about 8 years. We have 2 daughters Gabrielle, she's 4 and Melanie who is 5. They are in Pre-K and Kindergarten. Prince has 2 boys, 9 and 11 from his previous marriage. We have them every other weekend.
Oh! We're buying our first HOME! The closing is March 18th...we're super excited!

And finally for now, how about a full birthdate?

June 21, 1978. I turned 30 last year. Prince will turn 40 this year.

Do you like to read?
Yes, I love to read! I don't take showers, but I need to take a bath almost every day and can't do it without something to read. This is how I like to wind down my day.

If so, what are some of your favorite authors and book titles?
I'm a big motivation/self-help reader. I love Napoleon Hill books, "Think and Grow Rich". Also David Bach "Smart Women Finish Rich". The DSWA Build it Big series. For fun reading, I like Mysteries/Crime type books by Patricia Cromwell and Mary Higgins Clark. I also like Judith McNaught and Jackie Collins. Any juicy novel with lots of drama that can suck me in will do. I subscibe to Reader's Digest, Self Magazine and The Bottom Line Personal (http://www.bottomlinesecrets.com/) love this one,

Website obsessed? Yeah, you'll fit in quite nicely around here, rofl!

I really liked one of the questions I asked Lauren so I'm going to pass it onto you as well.

If there was one household chore you could give up - never ever have to do it again. What would it be?
(ie: laundry, cooking, cleaning, etc.)

Take care,
Anita Razz

What is your favorite meal to eat??
Oh gosh...foooooooood. My dad owned and was the chef of a French restaurant during my whole upbringing. So it's always my favorite. A french meal, say, Onion Soup or raw Oysters and then Steak and Fries or fish with a butter/wine sauce. Then cheese. Then a souffle for dessert. YUM. And can you say FATTENING? haha

What is your favorite thing to cook - special recipe, or dish? I've always put some french into my cooking, so I use lots of wine. I don't really follow recipes. I'll saute meat and make a sauce reduction in the man after, usually with wine or broth or both! I also like to make salads...chicken salad, tuna salad, seafood salad, etc. I'll just add whatever with oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper...garlic.

DISHES. Until I have a dishwasher, I don't ever want to do dishes again. Once I have a dishwasher, I'll skip on the toys/books/crayons/dolls that the girls leave everywhere. If everything could just find it's way back to their room in their proper places, my day would be a lot smoother. LOL

What was your most memorable moment (inspiring, hilarious or embarassing) in your business?

Oh gosh, there was that one time when I switched companies and my sponsor did a 360 on me. She was always supportive, very nice, etc. then I told her I was leaving that company and I could feel the blood boil through the phone. She even asked for all the training material back. Books, CDs, etc. Mind you, she made more off my team than I did. She told me the grass wasn't going to be greener on the other side. I knew I had made the right move when I just started recruiting and advancing like crazy. I'm still kinda sad I lost what I thought was a friend through my old sponsor.

Here's another story that was memorable. And funny this time Smile I was doing a bachelorette party/bridal shower about a month ago. It was at the hostesses house and she had a beautiful set up. Lots of candles, gorgeous food, rose petals everywhere. All the ladies were dressed really nice, some had like gowns on. Then in the room where I was doing the presentation she had a bar setup. Lace-like table cloth, candles, rose petals. And top of the line liquor (Grey Goose, 1800, etc.) Nice glasses set up side by side (no plastic cups). And all the juices were in canisters. OK...so I get to the part of my presentation where I really hype up a product, "THiS HAS SAVED MARRIAGES!!" and "BIGGER AND BETTER O's THAN EVER BEfORE!!" I always ask for a volunteer to go to the bathroom and try some on. At this party 2 guests volunteered to go. Everyone was having a great time, laughing, etc. then the 2 girls came back from the bathroom feeling really good (as they usually do!). One of the them (the hostess) started actually jumping up and down. She had put her hand on the bar table and the other side of the table collapsed. (it was a foldout table) So all the liquor, glasses, ice, candles, etc. slid down and crashed to the floor. CRASH CRASH CRASH. broken glass everywhere. That room went from super loud to super silent in 2 seconds. I didn't believe my eyes when it was happening...it was slow motion. Crazy!!!

What is your favorite color?
I don't really have a favorite single color. I like color combos. Match a yellow-orange with a blue-purple and Im happy. Smile

How long have you been with For Your Pleasure? That's your main biz correct?
I've been with FYP since Oct 2006. I was with Passion Parties for 2 years before that (Oct 2004) And yes, it's definitely my main biz.

What got you started on working from home? Gabbie was quite the surprise. I was preggo with her when Melanie was not even a year old. I've always waitressed in restaurant after restaurant. And a 9-5? Forget it. So I looked into something to do from home. Direct Sales and Party Plans were terms I never even heard before. When I came across Passion Parties, I signed up right away. I was hooked. Now, with FYP, I'm SO thankful to be working from home. I enjoy the freedom SO much!

I'm taking this little by little. Laughing

What is your favorite TV show? Deadwood on HBO. It's rugged and raw, but I love it. I also am an American Idol junkie. I also like Heroes. Other HBO shows like Six Feet Under, The Wire, The Sopranos, etc. And realty shows like Biggest Loser and those trashy dramafied VH1 shows. Smile

Favorite Actor? Ian McShane. I first saw him on Deadwood. He'll be on a new show "Kings" on NBC on March 15th. I'm so excited to see him again. He's also done some animated voices like the villain in Kung Fu Panda, Captain Hook in Shrek and the neighbor guy in Coraline (which I haven't seen, but want to)

Favorite Actress? Hmmmm...don't really have one. Maybe Meryl Streep. She's pretty amazing.

What is your all time favorite movie?
Oh gosh...this question always gets me. Devil Wears Prada was good. I always draw a blank when it comes to my favorite movies. I'm way more into TV shows.

what are some of your favorite bath products?

Bubble Bath. The big plastic jugs at Walmart are fine with me Smile (especially the lavender/vanilla/chamomile)

With FYP we sell the Shunga Bath Salt Crystals. I absolutely love these.

These smell sooo good, they make the tub blue and make your skin soft. They also make a good body scrub.

If you could only pick one item ... what is your absolute favorite item you carry with FYP?

Take care,

Opportunities these days are looking for investments at any level. A simple loan can be taken to finance the money for the investment. One of the better options out there is stock trading, the margins are high and the business is successful. Another one is real estate investment, for which one can get a mortgage refinance services to get a lower interest rate loan. Other small opportunities are providing insurances like cheap car insurance or supplying services in the finance sector like merchant credit services.
